Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your MONO pieces. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and exchanges work.


RETURN TIMEFRAME

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and hygiene liners (if applicable) must be intact

Returns requested after 14 days cannot be accepted.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Socks
  • Items marked as final sale

SETS (IMPORTANT)

If you purchase a set (bra + leggings), the set must be returned as a complete set.
We do not accept partial returns of individual items from a set.


EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are accepted for size or color (subject to availability)
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We will cover shipping costs for the exchanged item sent back to you

REFUNDS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • MONO is not responsible for lost return parcels

Return address details will be provided once your return request is approved.


DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Returns are accepted only from Cyprus and Greece.
